Postecoglou Loved What Dragusin Did in Tottenham v Manchester City
Ange Postecoglou was delighted with the performance of young defender Dragusin in Tottenham's pre-season friendly against Manchester City.
The 19-year-old Romanian started the match at centre-back alongside Davinson Sanchez and impressed with his composure and ability on the ball.
Postecoglou said after the game that he was "very happy" with Dragusin's performance.
"He's a young player with a lot of potential," said the Celtic boss. "He's still learning the game, but he's got a good head on his shoulders and he's willing to learn.
"I thought he did very well tonight against a very good Manchester City team."
Dragusin joined Tottenham from Juventus in January and has been tipped for a bright future at the club.
He made his first-team debut in the FA Cup against Morecambe in January and has since made three more appearances for the club.
Dragusin is part of a new generation of young players coming through at Tottenham, and his performance against Manchester City suggests that he has the potential to be a key player for the club in the future.
