14 Leeds United players out or doubtful, but two return for Plymouth Argyle clash
Manager Jesse Marsch could welcome back Liam Cooper and Adam Forshaw at Plymouth, but Stuart Dallas, Archie Gray and Mateo Joseph are out
Leeds United will be without 14 first-team players for their FA Cup third-round trip to Plymouth Argyle on Saturday - but two key men are pushing for recalls.
Centre-back Liam Cooper and midfielder Adam Forshaw are in contention to return to the side for the match at Home Park, having been out due to injury.
However, Stuart Dallas, Archie Gray and Mateo Joseph are definitely out due to injury, while Crysencio Summerville is a major doubt with an ankle issue.
Patrick Bamford remains on the sidelines with a groin problem, while Rodrigo has a knock and Luis Sinisterra is still recovering from a foot injury.
Jack Harrison and Tyler Adams are also out with injuries, while Leo Hjelde, Cody Drameh and Joe Gelhardt are away on loan.
Despite the lengthy injury list, Marsch is confident his side can still progress in the FA Cup.
"We have a lot of players out injured, but we still have a strong squad," he said.
"We're going to Plymouth to win the game and we're confident we can do that."
