Barrow AFC Boss Aims to Create More Cup Memories Ahead of Doncaster Clash
Barrow AFC manager Phil Brown is looking to create more cup memories when his team takes on Doncaster Rovers in the first round of the FA Cup on Saturday.
Brown led Barrow to the fifth round of the FA Cup last season, where they were eventually knocked out by Chelsea.
The Bluebirds have been in good form this season, winning four of their last five matches in all competitions.
Doncaster are also in good form, having won their last two matches in League Two.
Brown is expecting a tough game but is confident that his team can get a result.
"Doncaster are a good side," said Brown. "They're well-organized and they have some good players.
"But we're in good form ourselves and we're confident that we can get a result."
Barrow will be without defender Josh Kay for the match, who is suspended.
Doncaster will be without midfielder Dan Gardner, who is injured.
