The trailer introduces a cast of 5 younger comedians

The Taskmaster is a smash hit comedy series, a format where a group of 5 comedians complete bizarre tasks set by series creator, Greg Davies.

This year, Channel 4 announced a Junior version - and the trailer has now been released.

The format’s staying the same, with five young stars taking part, rather than the ‘old comedians’ of the adult version.

The trailer provides a first look at the five young stars

Here’s who will be taking part:

• 15-year-old comedian and actress, Molly Burke

• 11-year-old Coronation Street star, William Roache

• 12-year-old actor and comedian, Destiny Ekaragha

• 10-year-old comedian, Archie Henderson

• 13-year-old, rising star comedian, Trott

The show is coming soon to Channel 4

Alex Horne will once again be appearing, as the show’s “Taskmaster’s Assistant”.
