The Cavaliers were led by Donovan Mitchell's 21 points and 10 assists, while Darius Garland added 19 points and Jarrett Allen had 18 points and 11 rebounds. The Hawks were led by Trae Young's 25 points and 10 assists, but it wasn't enough to overcome the Cavs' balanced attack.
The Cavaliers will now have a few days of rest before hosting the Bucks in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals on Tuesday night.
Bucks Survive Celtics in Game 7 Thriller
The Bucks needed a late-game rally to defeat the Celtics in Game 7, as they trailed by eight points with just over four minutes remaining.
