Nottingham Forest boss Nuno: Third-place 'doesn't mean anything'
'It's just one more game'
Nottingham Forest boss Nuno Espirito Santo says finishing third in the Championship and reaching the play-offs "doesn't mean anything".
Forest have won eight of their last 11 league games and sit third in the table, one point ahead of fourth-placed Huddersfield with two games remaining.
But Nuno insists his side are not getting ahead of themselves and are focused on the next game - a trip to Blackpool on Saturday.
"Third place doesn't mean anything," said Nuno. "It's just one more game. We have to go there and try to win, and that's the only way we can do it."
'We have to be ready for the play-offs'
Forest are aiming to return to the Premier League for the first time since 1999, but Nuno knows it will not be easy.
The play-offs are notoriously difficult to win, and Forest will need to be at their best if they want to secure promotion.
"We have to be ready for the play-offs," said Nuno. "We have to be mentally strong and physically strong. We have to be prepared for anything."
