Reijnders header seals unconvincing Milan win
Dutchman's goal enough to see off 10-man Sampdoria
Milan moved level on points with Serie A leaders Napoli after a hard-fought 1-0 win over 10-men Sampdoria at the San Siro on Saturday.
Sandro Tonali hit the post for Milan early on before Sampdoria had Omar Colley sent off for a second bookable offence in the 30th minute.
The visitors held out until the 78th minute when substitute Divock Origi's cross was headed in by fellow replacement Kerem Reijnders.
Victory lifted Milan to 44 points from 20 games, level with Napoli who host AS Roma later on Saturday.
Sampdoria stayed 19th on 18 points.
